Our Mission…

It is the corporate mission of Ladd Engineering Associates, Inc., to provide quality engineering services at a reasonable price, in addition, to furnishing these services in a timely and expeditious manner.  Our primary concern is to satisfy the client and their subscribers with the latest technology available that will be both affordable to the Telco and feature rich to the subscriber.  In order to fulfill this mission it becomes the responsibility of LEA to maintain a knowledgeable work force, well educated in the rapid changes in technology and to be supervised by experienced leadership and other technical staff who are well versed in communication skills necessary to assure that data flows through open channels to all parties involved in project development.  This includes, but is not limited to, contractors, financial advisors, general managers, regulatory agencies, state and county administrators and others.

In summary, LEA desires to satisfy the client’s wishes in regards to engineering requirements, to be a trusted advisor, a knowledgeable reference and a valued representative of the client’s interest, recognizing that it takes all of the above to satisfy these simple but all encompassing statements.

Our Values…

Ladd Engineering Associates has at its core the belief that its employees are the primary asset to the Corporation and its relationship with all aspects of the telecommunications industry including its clients and other vendors associated therewith.  The Corporation also feels the importance of maintaining relationships with employees, to foster long term employment and minimize the effects of the loss of employees and having to rehire and retrain.  As such, it becomes the Corporation's responsibility to provide the employee with an adequate pay rate, training, supervision and education to pass down these benefits directly to the client in the form of exemplary work done in a cheerful and professional manner.

LEA also values the relationship with its employees, the client and the clients’ community.  It is felt that in order to transfer the intent of the Corporations core values; it promotes the idea that if the job is a long-term assignment, which is fairly common, that the LEA representative should become a part of the community.  To get involved with local events, school programs, church groups and other civic duties.  This involvement is important to LEA in that it signifies our presence there as an interested and integral part of the health and welfare of the employees adopted place of residence.

LEA believes family values, good work ethics, being a good neighbor and an active participant in his community affairs furthers the employees realization of the importance of core values of, not only his work place, but in his relationship with his fellow kinsman.
